To Westboro: Snyder v. Phelps guaranteed your First Amendment rights of freedom of speech and expression. It did not, however, protect you from time, place, and manner constraints that are legally provided for in both the Supreme Court’s opinion and in the United States Constitution

This is why it is important not only to know your rights under the Amendments, but you have to know their interpretation under the laws too.
